Description: Raijingu Sandaa is a technique which uses the power of the Lightning Chakra to create a powerful Lightning barrier around the user. This barrier allows the user to take an attack directly, sustain the barrier and then use the Lightning Chakra's power to overwhelm his oncoming foe and attack them back. This technique deals damage to the opponent equal to half of what the opponent’s attack would have dealt. If the technique used against this skill has the wind element instead of countering it this technique will double the damage that Wind skill would normally do.
Weaknesses: Because accumulating Lightning Chakra for this skill takes time the user must begin the use of this technique a few seconds before impact. This will give his opponent a chance to consider whether or not he still wants to strike. This skill is too slow to counter fast incoming techniques.

Description: The user will form a ball of electricity using Lightning element chakra, between two hands (or two metal weapons e.g. swords), which they can hurl at their opponent with a two handed over arm throw. Since balls of lightning, due to their nature, have a magnetic effect towards movement; the lightning ball will follow the target or targets if they attempt to dodge. This attack is quite agile and can follow any basic maneuvers, however it does only low-mid lvl damage
Weaknesses: Due to this Jutsu’s use of both the User’s hands, there is a moment, right before they hurl the lightning that they are vulnerable.
Limit: Raiton Element. Two hand( or metal weapons)

Name:Raigeki no Yoroi - Lightning Strike Armor

Description: Raigeki no Yoroi is a Ninjutsu technique developed to shield oneself from close range attacks. Drawing his two palms together, the user spins his palms to generate a disk of lightning which will then pour down to cover his body. This electricity will envelope his body in a protective armor which will harm anyone who dares strike him directly. This technique will deal damage to anyone who touches the shield of lightning surrounding the user. However this technique doesn't block any incoming attacks it does deal a great deal of damage if the attack striking the user is of close range. The Jutsu becomes dispelled the moment the user is successfully attacked. Taijutsu attacks are fully blocked by this skill as the user of those skills won't be able to land a damaging strike due to being shocked.
Weaknesses: this Armor is not effective against ranged attacks, especially those of Wind nature which will be amplified in damage..

Description: The user will draw lightning based Chakra around their body. The current will be contained around the user’s form. The user will then begin to spin in place, forming a whirling vortex of electricity. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon and strike out against an opponent. Even if the attack doesn’t directly connect with the foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.
Weaknesses: This reduces the visibility of the User so it is less accurate than other techniques

Description: Chidori is a technique developed for assassination purposes, therefore if performed correctly this move can serve as an instant kill. Performing the needed hand seals the user will accumulate Lightning infused chakra into one of their palms. When this is done the user will charge at their opponent with full speed thrusting their palm through the opponents body, preferably through their heart. The technique requires the user to keep up full speed because the speed of the users movement is what charges this attack.

The technique can be used to strike multiple opponents in a row before it runs out, up to 3. The Chidori can charge through any means of defense, shielding or blocking as it will destroy almost anything in it's way. However the chidori only hits a small radius and thus will not create a big enough opening for the user to be able to move through himself.

Also because the Chidori requires the user to keep tremendous speed at all time during it's use they will be unable to sense incoming attacks fast enough to avoid them after they initiate their advancement towards the target. This makes the use of this skill potentially dangerous, seeing as counterattacks or attacks from the sideline will hit with exceptional effect due to the users late awareness of them.
This can be avoided if the target is bound, paralyzed or trapped in a Genjutsu prior to executing the Chidori.

Another way of avoiding this negative side-effect is possessing the means to predict possible counter attacks and/or attacks from the side and changing your moving pattern accordingly, this can be done by use of the Sharingan or other prediction methods.
Weaknesses: During this technique the User will be unable to sense incoming attacks until it is too late

Description: Using this technique the user can shape Lightning Chakra around a number of Senbon which they then launches at their opponent. This move is able to hit multiple opponents in one blow if the user is skilled with Senbon. Upon being hit the Senbon stay inside their target paralyzing them for a short while with an electrical discharge. As long as the Senbon remain pierced inside the target they will attract lightning charges and thus make the target virtually unable to dodge Lightning element skills. Additionally all Lighning element skills will deal double to maximum damage for as long as the Senbon remain pierced inside the target.
Weaknesses: The Lightning Chakra reduces the accuracy of the Senbon but due to increasing their’s velocity this flaw is hardly noticable

Description: A variation of the original Chidori . Instead of merely focusing the electrical force to one palm, the user is able to send it all through his body and even extend it outside of their body and through any objects that they are holding.

This creates a zone of electricity around the user and/or object that can shock and immobilize anyone within range by attacking their nervous system.

The charge will cause the target to go numb, lessening their ability to move for quite a while.
Weaknesses: Every time this technique is used it reduces the amount of times you can use Chidori that day by 1.

Name:Chihoshi Chidori - Multi Star Chidori

Description: Using Chihoshi Chidori the user is able to shape the Lightning Element to form an extending blade of lightning. This blade takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the charge to strike its target with ease. In doing this the user avoids the negative side
effect Chidori had due to the needed speed. However doing so results in the technique costing the double amount of chakra and also losing it's usual force and speed behind it making it much easier to avoid. However once Chihoshi Chidori pierces the enemy the true reason for it's name becomes clear. Once the user spreads his fingers while the chakra is inside the target, the chakra will spread out and take on a star shape inside the target piercing through their whole body with multiple small chidori beams. The last part of this technique is optional for the user. Due to the weakened state of this technique and no possibility for continuing the charge like the original Chidori this technique can only hit once every time it is used
( as opposed to the Chidori which can hit 3 or 4 targets in a row).
Weaknesses: This technique is weaker than ordinary Chidori. Can only hit one opponent

Description: Raikiri is a stronger and improved version of the original Chidori. Just like the Chidori if performed correctly this move can serve as an instant kill.

Performing the needed hand seals the user will accumulate more than twice the amount of Lightning infused chakra into one of their palms. When this is done the user will charge at their opponent with incredible speed thrusting their palm through the opponents body, preferably through their heart. The technique requires the user to keep up full speed because the speed of the users movement is what charges this attack. The user also uses the chakra of this attack to increase their own speed beyond even that which is needed to activate it.

The technique can be used to strike multiple opponents or obstacles in a row before it runs out, up to 6. The Chidori can charge through any means of defense as it will end up destroying almost all in it's way. Unlike Chidori the Raikiri will totally obliterate anything in it's path making an opening in all obstacles big enough for the user to pass through himself (every obstacle counts as a new target).

Because the Raikiri requires the user to keep tremendous speed they will be unable to sense incoming attacks fast enough to avoid them after they initiate their advancement towards the target. This makes the use of this skill potentially dangerous to use seeing as counterattacks will hit with exceptional effect due to the users late awareness of them. This can be avoided if the target is bound, paralyzed or trapped in a Genjutsu prior to executing the Raikiri.

The Speed of the Raikiri after the user begins his advancement is increased to such an extent that no side-attacks could ever have a clear aimed and successful strike at the user making it a far more dangerous technique for the opponents and a far safer technique for the user.

It was rumored that with careful timing and use of the Sharingan as a prediction mechanism this technique can be used to cut through a bolt of lightning before it hits the ground.
Weaknesses: requires intense focus for each target. Reduces Users vision if they are without aid. Using Chidori twice will decrease the amount of times you can use Raikiri by 1

Description: Unless there are already thunderclouds in the sky the user would have to find a way to create them, for example by using fireballs to warm the atmosphere and create a powerful rising air current, which in turn would generate these thunderclouds. The user will then form Lighting around their Palm and raise it to the heavens. This will allow him to connect his chakra with the clouds and channel the lightning down upon his target. Because he is merely channeling the naturally created lightning, he is able to utilize a power greater than what a ninja could create with their own elemental chakra. Because this is also natural lightning, it will travel more quickly than any ninja could dodge. Upon calling down the lightning, it will create a powerful impact with a large amount of destruction.
Weaknesses: Requires an incredible amount of focus, The User is immobile while calling down the Lightning and must reconnect their Chakra if they move.
