Name
To begin to make your character, first think of a name, which should be your username. So please dont make your username "Alphaman31" or some such other thing. If your looking for an example, look at my username. This is also my characters name. So, when you go to make your account, think about this and then register.

Village
So you have your account and your character name, now what? Well now you need to think about what village your going to join. Sand, Leaf, Mist, well this is a crucial part of the character creation process because, your characters village will play a large part in their skills and personality. Then we need to move on to your characters apperance. This will also, wether or not you realize it, play a part in your personality and your history. For instance if your character has scar, how did that happen, how does your character feel about it? These are all things that need to be taken into consideration.

As the title of your post. You will post the Village that you are applying for membership in.

We cannot have 80 year old ninja running around XP
(well we can but that is only for later on in character development)
so characters are going to rang in age from 7 to 13 on the offset.

Jutsu
- Next, we get to move onto the fun part. Your jusu. Jutsu are your skills, or "abilities" you use to enhance your fighting capabilties. Such as "Chidori", "Desert Coffin", and "Shadow Clone Jutsu". These are examples of jutsu that characters in the anime use.

- You may look up existing jutsu, or make up your own, but make sure that if you make up your own you submit them for approval first! This is important, because if your jutsu is to powerful or it takes to little chakra, it will be far to easy to win battles (and will be considered godmodding). Your jutsu must also have weaknesses. Even simple ones such as the simple "Clone Jutsu" has a weakness. So remember, when picking jutsu, dont make them to powerful.

[b]- If you are, for example, a Chuunin, you can't use a Jounin rank ability.
There are seven different ranks in jutsu:
S-rank: Secret: extreme level jutsu
A-rank: Kinjutsu: ultra high level jutsu
B-rank: Jounin level jutsu
C-rank: Chuunin level jutsu
D-rank: Genin level jutsu
E-rank: Academy student level jutsu
No rank: Jutsu relying on the unique abilities of the users (bloodline Limits)

Now that your have all of that information ready, here is the format for how to post your character.

It is important to use as much detail as possible when posting your character so that everyone will get a good idea of what your character is like.

It will take some time for village kage to accept the character, so just wait patiently.
