If you wish to submit a new jutsu, use this as a template. If this is not used then the jutsu will most likely not be accepted.

Type: (attack, defense, supplementary etc)
Chakra: (how much is used)
Range: (close, far, moderate etc)
Description:
Weaknesses:
Limit: (any resrictions placed on the use of the Jutsu)

As a suggestion you should check out the Pre-existing Jutsu as a point of comparison for Chakra costs and other such things, to help you in the creation of your own Jutsu.

~Side Note:
though there is absolutely no reason you can not, i would like players to keep in mind that submitting Jutsu that are, as of yet unattainable for your characters current level may cause clutter and extra work. Should it appeal to you i'd suggest keeping your future jutsu ideas on a word document.
