Description: Jou-Sacchi no Jutsu is a technique developed by Hansoui Shinto at a young age. The boy realized he had an inborn abbility to lightly sense and predict peoples emotions correctly.
When he was taught the art of Genjutsu at a young age he realized that when this art is mixed with his inborn abbility it can be turned not to only a mere Genjutsu or a gut feeling about someones emotions, he could turn it into a Jutsu that would flawlessly measure the emotions of others, this is how Jou-Sacchi no Jutsu was born.

The user puts chakra into a medium carried on the body in order to spread it out within the desired range in meters from himself. The chakra will automatically connect to the nervous system of anyone within the area just like any other Area Genjutsu, but instead of showing them immages the chakra of the Jutsu would send information from their nervous system to the user, any other person using this exact Jutsu wouldn't be able to use the information aquired by the Jutsu but for Hansoui Shinto it is the only way to get those last bits of the puzzle and with that information he can accurately sense someone's emotions.

For the corresponding chakra cost per turn the user can sense the emotions of the people within range. This allows him to also sense the location of everyone within the range of his Jutsu but not their altitude, position or actions. The only information that the user gets about those in range is ;
Emotional State, In what direction from them the corresponding emotions are emited from.

Limit: Hansoui Shinto.
Weakness: The user cannot differantiate different people's emotions using this Jutsu and thus would not be able to diffrentiate one person from the other if they were behind him by use of this technique.

Description: Gansaku Denka is a Genjutsu developed by Hansoui Shinto. After coming to the conclusion that emotions were nothing but tools to be Used, Shinto Hansoui set about creating Jutsu that could harness his own emotions. His first success was Gansaku Denka.
This attack manifests the users inner wrath in an Illusion designed to offset and confuse the target.

First the user needs to either be in a rage or have a memory when they experienced such an emotion. After completing the hand sign, The user appears to charge recklessly at his opponent, his face contorted in blind fury, and swings with a savage attack. This however is only a short time image in the air that only last a second, the sudden image is meant to daze, confuse and/or distract the opponent so that the user can try and sneak in a quick attack.


Limit: Mind Stat must be close to or higher than that of the target, target's spirit stat cannot exceed that of the user by 150 or more.
Weakness This technique does not create a full visual illusion and thus does not remove the real user from the perception of the target.

I'm glad you commented ^_^ i vastly prefer detail in custom Jutsu explanations, it gives other people a better grasp of a concept you are trying to portray. I also think it should be important to describe HOW the Jutsu works, not just what it does. Otherwise it is far too difficult to find a legitimate, and logistic counter.
