Description: A space/time jutsu in which a special seal is place on a pair of scrolls. One scroll acts as an 'entrance' while another acts as an 'exit'. This jutsu is used for long distance travel, primarily by the Kumogakure exam squad, though it is usable by others it has not yet become known. When someone opens the 'entrance' scroll both are activated, the 'exit' opening wherever it is. The one who opens the entrance is shifted through multiple universes in the course of a few seconds, ending up atop the now blank 'exit' scroll. After a single use both scrolls will go blank, making them re-usable if the same jutsu or another is placed on them in the next few minutes. If not the scrolls will burn to ashes, and drift apart at the slightest breeze.
Weaknesses: High chakra cost, long preparation time. Exit scroll will activate wherever it is when the entrance is utilized, meaning that it is a danger to leave the exit in a small space or use it in battle.
Limit: 2 scrolls with the 'entrance' and 'exit' seals respectively.

but a side note, if this is indeed an S ranked Jutsu, known only to kumokagure, i'd suggest noting that the blank scrolls burn up to ashes after they are used to avoid enemy ninja being able to examine them and somehow find traces of the Jutsu to reverse engineer it
